Singing is free

Singers never pay CUE to join a night, request a song, or keep a profile.

Host and venue plans

Host is $19 a month and Host Premium is $39. Venue is $59 a month and includes 2 host seats; Venue Premium is $99 and includes 5. Extra venue host seats are $10 a month each. Plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the plan screen; cancelling stops the next renewal.

New hosts get 14 days of Host Premium and new venues get 30 days of Venue Premium, with no card required. When a trial ends, the account keeps working on the standard plan.

Paid advancement and tips

Priority and tip money goes to the host or venue that runs the night, through their own connected payment account. CUE takes no cut of it. CUE does not issue refunds — ask the host who ran the night.

Running a night

The host controls the running order. Priority moves a request up, but never past the singer who is already up next.
