This is a plain description of how CUE works today. It is not final legal text and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What we keep for singers

If you join as a guest, we keep the name you type in and a token on your own device so you can rejoin the same night. If you create a profile, we keep your name, sign-in email, your song requests and your night history.

What hosts and venues can see

A host or venue can only see people who checked in to their own sessions, and only the details needed to run the night. Creating a CUE profile is not permission to market to you. CUE never gives one venue access to another venue's singers, sessions or records.

Payments

Card and wallet details are never stored by CUE. Payments are handled by the payment provider a host has connected. CUE records only the amount, what it was for, and whether it succeeded.

Getting your information removed

Email the address on our support page and we will remove your profile and history.
